Sunday School

“Let the little children come to me, and do not forbid them; for such is the kingdom of God. Assuredly I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God as a little child will by no means enter it.” [LUKE 18:16-17]

The future of every community are its children. Instilling Christian morals and values into the new generation has been the vision behind the WCF Sunday school. Armed with this aim, the Sunday School team of WCF inspire motivates youngsters to explore and find out how spirituality is significant in their life and encourage them to incorporate Christian values in their life. Our Sunday school ministry began in January 2006, with just a few students and one teacher. Today, it is headed by Mrs Stephy Jimmy and comprises of over 30 students in 7 classes, with teachers who are dedicated in teaching the children in both theory and example. The Sunday school at present follows the syllabus from the Children’s Educational and Charitable Institution. The Christian message is conveyed to the kids through Bible study, music, storytelling, videos and games.

The Sunday school is held from 9:30 A.M to 10:30 A.M, before the first service on Sunday morning.

Apart from the classes for the children, a Bible class is conducted for the adults to establish them in the Christian faith. Each academic year ends with an exam, talent show and anniversary celebrations.

During the school holidays, the Sunday school team organised in Vacation Bible School in Wembley and across the UK.

Kidz Klub

Kidz Klub is part of the Urban Family Ministries. Led by Alison Pickering, who was inspired by the Lord to work among the children, it is a free community initiative that works with churches in North-West London area and beyond, with an aim to teach children about the Christian faith through different media. At Wembley Christian Fellowship, Kidz Klub is held every Saturday during the school term time; from 4:00pm to 5:30pm. Each session is fast paced and dynamic, where the children can come and make new friends, play crazy, messy games, enter fun competitions, sing lively songs and learn moral values with a spotlight on the Christian faith. It is ideal for children aged between 6 -11. The volunteers that help at Kidz Klub vary from the age of 14 and upwards. At Kidz Klub, the children are rewarded for their efforts in each session; the rewards vary from getting the daily giveaway to getting Kidz Klub cash in the games, by bringing a friend along to Kidz Klub or even by just by turning up for the session! They can use the Kidz Klub cash to either store it in the bank or buy cool and amazing games. Transportation is provided if needed.

So come along and have fun along with us!

Nursing Home Ministries

If you are unable to go to a Sunday service, we will bring the service to you! Through our Nursing Home ministry, we try to show the love of Christ to our older generation elderly ones in our society, with some music, and a message from the Word of God. During this time of fellowship, we have been able to talk to some of the residents, reassure them that God loves them and help them deal with issues they have been facing.

If you would like us to visit your nursing home, do not hesitate to contact us.
